We bring 30 years of Sales and Marketing experience in Baja. We have developed proven marketing scenarios. Our projects are showcase examples of luxurious, prestigious and high end investments.
We work with developers early in the project planning around the board room table and develop programs to help sales people get the clients get to the closing tables! This takes teamwork, understanding the developer’s passion for the project, and transferring that sense of passion to the clients.
How Green is green? Some of our projects are registered for LEED certification. All of our projects are being done by responsible developers who have embraced some Green technologies and techniques, that give more than they take away…that is at least a good start, and an indication that the developers are moving in the right direction.
